SALON POLICIES

NO REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds of any kind

 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Your appointments are very important to the Rae Cal team members.  Appointments are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes.  If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled.  Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Salon Rae Cal.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS

If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, Salon Rae Cal reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

 

 

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS/CHILDREN/ANIMALS:

 For the safety and sanitation of our guests, Salon Rae Cal does not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.

 

 

**IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. 

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR Salon Rae Cal.
